By purchasing this avatar, you agree to the Terms of Service.

1. No resale or redistribution. This includes leaking, trading, and friend uploads.

2. Avatar must be privately uploaded on VRChat and NOT publicly, as it is for private use only.

3. You may NOT split the price of the avatar with someone else, often referred to as "price splitting".

4. If you are purchasing the avatar as a gift you must directly disclose that to me through direct messages.

5. You may NOT edit the avatar for commercial purposes or use in resale. You are only allowed to edit it for strictly personal purposes that are non-commercial in nature.

6. You may NOT use any of the assets for personal or commercial use unless you own the rights to do so, which you do not have by default and will need to obtain from the asset's respective creator (refer to the credits).

7. You may be refunded before receiving the avatar at my discretion. You will not be able to refund after receiving the avatar.

FAQ

Is there any assets that I will need to upload the avatar?

For this package to work you NEED Dynamic Bones, a paid asset you can buy from the Unity Asset Store. Dynamic Penetration is OPTIONAL and will require PoiyomiPro as well.

How do I upload the avatar?

The directions for preparing the avatar for upload is included in the "READ ME!" notepad of the zip file that I have sent you with the Unity Package.
